Bio Information
Scott Schurle grew up on a small farm outside of Green, Kansas. He went to Emporia State University for his teaching degree and married his wife Theresa there in Emporia. He worked for the State of Kansas for a dozen years before heading back to school to complete his divinity degree at Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since then he has served in two churches; one in Plattsburg, Missouri and most recently in Garden City, Kansas. He has three children and six grandchildren.
Scott loves Kansas basketball and enjoys being outside. You will need a sense of humor around him and be on guard, because silliness follows him around. Life is serious, but we don't have to take ourselves too seriously.
